In our Junior Performance Training program, we introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of performance training. Our program is sports neutral as we focus on the strength and conditioning while learning the benefits of performance based training. We welcome young athletes of all sports and skill levels.
Little Athletes Training - Ages 9 and Under
**Summers Only - Starting in 2025**
For younger athletes, who may still be discovering what sports they enjoy. We've tailored a program that not only will give them a head start in their strength and sport education but will teach them to have fun while doing so. Athletes are challenged to pursue new personal records and learn progressively complicated skills. We welcome athletes of all sports and skill levels.
